Motivation Check-ins

Check in with your coach between meetings via email or the coaching platform, Practice. Send pictures of your work, ask questions, share wins!

Regular Review

FAQs

  • I work with youth and adults, ages 11+.

  • Nope! Many of my clients are diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism, however I work with all clients seeking executive functioning support.

  • Typically, coaching is a 50 min-week commitment (meeting time). The work you do outside of your coaching meeting will vary, depending on what you are working on.

    Clients typically engage in regular coaching for 2 months to years. This most often depends on the role you want coaching to play. For some people, the goal is boot camp-style skill development and out the door. For others, it is incorporating coaching as a long-term, regular support.

  • Only if you want it! Coaching isn’t meant to be another class. Rather, it is meant to be a resource for you to grow your skills and strategies. If homework is helpful to you in that growth, you’ve got it!

  • $75-135, sliding scale (pay what you can afford)

  • Typically, no. It is rare that insurance companies will cover coaching services. We do not bill insurance directly, however we can provide a superbill for reimbursement. Additionally, some HSAs (health savings account) will allow for reimbursement for coaching services.

  • Just like therapy or tutoring, there are no guaranteed outcomes. However, we use evidence-based practices, regularly engage in professional development to stay on top of emerging research and practices, and continually tailor coaching to meet your needs.
